We have regular meetings and encourage our members to   become involved with various aspects of our work in and around the Sandspit area.

Become a "Friend of Sandspit"

For those who prefer not to become active members of SSOSi but agree with our objectives of protecting this area from development that will adversely affect our wildlife and environment, we simply ask that you show support for our objectives by adding your name to our growing list of supporters and becoming a "Friend of Sandspit".

Voluntary donations and/or participation in our activities are always appreciated should you wish to show your support in this way.

We produce a newsletter which we will send to you if you wish and you would be welcome to join us at events throughout the year. We do not use this list in any way other than to show the numbers of those residents and non-residents alike who support our objectives and we
use those numbers in our publicity.

We will not release individual names and should you decide you no longer support our objectives your name will be removed from our list of supporters.
